Return Policy for Custom-Made Garments
At our store, we strive to provide you with clothes that best suit your personality and style. While we always hope that you're thrilled with your personalized pieces, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item.
1. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, all custom-made garments must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Period:
We provide a 30-day return policy. The return window starts from the date the garment was received by the customer and expires after 30 days.
3. Return Procedure:
If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at aota@hausofaota.com. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which must be clearly indicated on your return parcel.
4. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for returning the product and all related shipping costs unless the item is flawed or incorrect as per your order.
5. Refund Policy:
Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned merchandise, your account will be credited fully with store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the product(s). Please note we do not offer cash refunds or credit back to the original payment method. This store credit can be redeemed for any future orders on our website.
6. Exemptions:
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or any goods sold during a promotional event are not eligible for return.
7. Additional Information:
Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for us to process your return once we receive it.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that aren't in compliance with our policy.
